I’m a strategic and inclusive Content Design leader with extensive experience in leading large, high-performing, and impactful teams driving user-centered design for B2C and B2B products and platforms. As Director of Content Design at Meta, I shaped the user experience of the metaverse to engage a diverse global audience.

I'm passionate about advancing the content design discipline, with deep expertise in building and scaling teams at varying levels of organizational maturity. I provide strategic direction to maximize impact on top user needs and business priorities, shape brand perception, and drive meaningful consumer engagement. I champion strong cross-functional partnerships, so we can design and deliver great product experiences together.

My leadership philosophy: Leave a place better than I found it. If I can make lasting impact by establishing durable practices, a high performance culture, and resilience that persists even in my absence, then I’ve done my job well. I love connecting the dots between what I call the 3Ps: priorities, purpose, and passion. In that intersection, teams do their best work with direct impact on business success.

Based in my hometown of San Francisco, CA, I love hiking and the outdoors, reading, cooking (and especially eating!), and spending time with my family and friends.
